Booking terms & refund policy

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed by email once payment has been taken. You'll receive a reference starting DRT- — keep this for your records.
• Price is £8 per person for a 55-minute slot on one board.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your slot. Late arrivals may lose part of the session; we'll hold your board for 10 minutes.
• Maximum 6 players per board.

Cancellations & refunds

• Full refund is available up to 24 hours before your slot — use the cancel link in your confirmation email.
• Within 24 hours of the slot, we can't issue refunds automatically. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll look at it case-by-case.
• If we have to cancel (equipment failure, venue closure, etc.), you'll be refunded in full.

Card payments

• Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your card details.
• Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 working days.
